Refund policy
If you're looking at this page, we're hoping you're not about to slam us on a Google or Facebook Review pages. That would be quiet the sh*tter.
We do constant product and quality tests, but, as we all know, sometimes the odd f*cktard can slip through the cracks. So we'll never query your refund unless the reason is for something utterly ridiculous- then we'll call you out on it. A change of mind or taste isn't covered, faulty or damaged products are. We recommend for any skincare product that you seek professional medical assistance if you have allergies or sensitivities - we cannot offer a refund because of this. If you are pregnant, speak your medical practitioner before using any products that contain essential oils.
In the event of a damaged or faulty product, we will provide you with a choice of money back via direct deposit (minus the postage and transaction fees paid) OR, full credit back by way of promo code to use for a new order online valid for 3 months. If you have paid via a third party, including but not limited to Zip Pay and AfterPay, refunds will be in-line with their refund and crediting policy.

All products do need to be sent back to us and you'll need to pre-pay postage costs associated. Theft, damaged goods and any risk whilst the products are on the move from you, to us, is on you. Tactical Recovery will not assume responsibility.
