Shipping policy

How long will it take? 

We aren't Defence Housing. Your order won't take 47 days and we aren't going to lose your paperwork. 

As a rule of thumb, we dispatch within 5 working days (6-8 during peak seasons) with postage taking between 2-10 working days, for domestic AU deliveries, and longer for International. Please note that we do not dispatch or process orders over a weekend (we would love to work 24/7 but we would die).

Express Shipping does not mean express dispatch. Please be aware that dispatch timeframes will still apply. Queue jump shipping options are available at checkout for priority packing.

Please note that we do not track your parcel once it has been dispatched - please keep an eye on this with the tracking number you are provided, and make contact with Au Post via their customer service portal if required, we can't do this for you (or book your medical appointments). We cannot assume responsibility for any network or seasonal delays that Australia Post may experience, this is obvs not in our control and we literally cannot do anything....trust us. Please note that if no email address is provided when you checkout, then you're getting zero tracking emails and yeah, you should probably put your email in (especially if we need to contact you, champarino).

Arrivals & Departures

Your recovery products will arrive in recyclable boxes and be in-tact! They depart here looking schmick.

If your package arrives and looks like it's been in Pakistan for 10 years, send us a photo. The products will still be good to go unless packages have become punctured (our worst nightmare).

We love feedback on how your parcel arrived, as this allows us to talk to our providers should it not be up to scratch. We're a stickler for perfection - and near enough isn't good enough. Please advise us at hello@tacticalrecovery.com.au 

 

International duties & taxes

So if you're in 'merica, changes are this may impact you. 

With recent shipping changes, tarrifs and requirement for duties paid - this will impact pricing. Currently, duties are not shown at checkout and will be quoted by the shipping provider upon local collection - with payment to the shipping provider required. We are working on a solution to have DDP / Taxes included at checkout. Please reach out to us prior to purchase if you have any concerns.
