Our Services
We put our back into everything we do, we make sure all the T's are crossed and I's dotted, however, we can't do everyone's job, thanks, Susan. This means, sometimes our web hosts may experience technical issues or banks have a blow out - and this is out of our control. We strive to provide the best user experience possible with minimal gremlins.
If the gremlins have gotten wet, and are running rife in our systems including website or banking - we'll give everyone an early knock off and have the IT teamwork behind the scenes to get things running as they should be. If you want to buy us Uber Eats during these hard times, we welcome it with open arms.
We will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result of this.
We don't like to have an inaccurate shot, so we make sure that all of our website content and information is up to date and accurate, but we cannot guarantee this. We would love to be advice-givers, problem solvers and world fixers - but we aren't Donald Trump. The content we provide is general in nature and does not constitute advice in any way. Emails and Snail Mail
When you opt-in to receiving emails, you'll be given the good stuff from us via our newsletters. We'll be offended if you unsubscribe, but you can do it at any time. We aren't the boss of you.
From time to time we may also send you some old school snail mail in relation to our goods and services.

Our Partner Charities
We do not pass on any personal information to our partner charities unless otherwise specified through promotional activities to which consent is required.
Tactical Australia makes a business pledge of $1 from each transaction and these are not donated by the individual. This will not impact refunds given, the business wears this cost and we'll never deduct this from charity pledge at the end of the year.
